Senior Accountant

Position: Senior Accountant 
Location: Overland Park, KS (In-Person)
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $85,000 – $93,000 
Expected Hours: 40 per week

Overview:

A growing Overland Park company is looking to add a Senior Accountant to their organization.

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for a variety of duties that include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile financial information to prepare entries to accounts and document business transactions.
• Monitor and review accounting reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Make bank deposits.
• Review and approve expense reports.
• Track prepaid and reconcile monthly.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of employee payroll using an outside payroll service.
• Assist with accounts payable
• Any other needs as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience as a Senior Accountant.
• Bachelor’s degree is a must.
• Experience with Concur is strongly preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
