Pay: $55,000 – $65,000
Expected Hours: 40 per week

As a Benefits Analyst, you will take on a diverse array of responsibilities that are vital to the organization’s success, including:

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and nurturing strong relationships with employers and external agency personnel.
• Reconciliation and resolution of discrepancies, followed by the seamless upload of of contribution files and payments.
• Overseeing the process of refunds for account balances with meticulous attention to detail.
• Conducting thorough research and analysis of member data to provide clear guidance on requirements or eligibility for account balance refunds.
• Managing members withdrawals, whether as direct payments rollovers to IRA/Employer plans, or a combination of both.
• Crafting comprehensive estimates and correspondence tailored for members.
• Preparing taxes for both IRA and state returns with precision.
• Keeping monthly withdrawal (refund) reports updated and accurate.
• Coordinating purchase payments while ensuring member services records are adjusted accordingly.
• Managing active member accounts and providing exceptional service by addressing questions via telephone or email.
• Assisting members with any login issues to enhance experience.
• Conducting audits of member contribution account balances to ensure integrity. Correcting any data errors to maintain accuracy.
• Preparing compelling benefits estimates that resonate with our members.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Benefits Analyst.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is highly sought after.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (Preferred)
