Position: Administrative/ Shipping Coordinator
Location: Kansas City, MO (In-Person)
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $22-$25/hr
Expected Hours: 40 per week


Overview:

A growing Kansas City company is looking for an experienced Administrative/Shipping Coordinator to add to their team.

The Administrative/Shipping Coordinator will handle a variety of duties that include:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing shipping process and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Mange the shipping process from start to finish.
  • Receive customer orders and ensure all orders are entered and shipped correctly.
  • Communicate daily with shippers, customers, and other departments.
  • Track shipments to their destinations.
  • Manager and update shipment paperwork.
  • Resolve and shipping-related issues.
  • Any other needs as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working as an Administrative/Shipping Coordinator.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Experience using Google Docs.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, multi-tasking, and problem-solving.

Education:

  • Associate’s degree (Preferred)
