Position: Administrative/ Shipping Coordinator
Location: Kansas City, MO (In-Person)
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $22-$25/hr
Expected Hours: 40 per week
Overview:
A growing Kansas City company is looking for an experienced Administrative/Shipping Coordinator to add to their team.
The Administrative/Shipping Coordinator will handle a variety of duties that include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing shipping process and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Mange the shipping process from start to finish.
- Receive customer orders and ensure all orders are entered and shipped correctly.
- Communicate daily with shippers, customers, and other departments.
- Track shipments to their destinations.
- Manager and update shipment paperwork.
- Resolve and shipping-related issues.
- Any other needs as assigned.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working as an Administrative/Shipping Coordinator.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Experience using Google Docs.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Adaptability, flexibility, multi-tasking, and problem-solving.
Education:

Associate’s degree (Preferred)
