Position: Administrative Assistant / Intake Specialist
Location: Kansas City, MO (In-Person)
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $19-21/hr
Expected Hours: 40 per week


Overview:
One of Kansas City’s top law firms is seeking a Administrative Assistant/ Intake Specialist to add to its growing team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and confident, a great team player, and self-starter, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

The intake coordinator will spend the majority of the time on the phone, reviewing case details with prospective clients:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Take inbound calls from prospective clients looking for help.

  • Calling prospects who have contacted the firm online.

  • Following up and monitoring progress of each inquiry.

  • Providing other administrative assistance as needed.


Requirements:

  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills.

  • Experience in customer service or inside sales, or personal injury law strongly preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail, and basic computer and data entry skills are required.

  • Ability to identify and ask important questions and convey compassion to clientele.
