Position: Human Resources Manager 
Location: Kansas City, MO (In-Person)
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $80,000 – $95,000
Expected Hours: 40 per week

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for a variety of duties that include:

Key Responsibilities:

• In-charge of Human Resources Legal and Compliance.
• Administer HRIS.
• Mange the recruiting process which includes recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and background checks.
• Make sure job descriptions are up to date.
• Handle employee issues and conflicts.
• Facilitate employee performance improvement plans.
• Annually review employee health insurance options.
• Assist with the administration of the retirement plan.
• Oversee annual benefit open enrollment and distribute any notices.
• Maintain employee handbook.
• Any other needs as assigned.

Requirements:

• 5+ years Human Resources experience.
• Strong experience with Compliance and Strategic Human Resources.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and good judgement.
