Position: Administrative Assistant – Financial Services
Location: Overland Park, KS (In-Person)
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $50,000 -$57,000
Expected Hours: 40 per week

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of duties that include:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and compile data on various programs.
  • Enter and maintain information in system.
  • Assist with transactional duties.
  • Generate reports and pull data for the managers.
  • Handle any purchase requests.
  • Take calls and assist with question regarding any services that they may need.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years Administrative experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong computer/tech skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Proficient in Word & Excel

Education:

  • Associate degree (Preferred)
