Bio: Brad started in the recruiting business in 1980. He spent 24 years with a large international recruiting firm. During his 30 year tenure, he has held positions from recruiter to General Manager and has staffed entire accounting and administrative departments for some of Kansas City’s premier employers. He is a life-long resident of the Kansas City area, except for his college years at Arizona State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Personnel Administration and Management.  Brad has been actively involved with the Institute of Management Accountants and the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce. He is known for being one of the best in the business and is recognized as one of the top recruiters in the Midwest.

Bio: Scott began his career in the recruiting industry in 1992. He has a combined over 18 years in the staffing industry.  He spent the first 13 years with a large international recruiting firm and the last 5 years as a partner with Synergy.  Scott started his career as a temporary placement recruiter and was soon promoted as a hands-on manager of the entire office. Scott knows the entire Kansas City employment marketplace spending his initial year in the downtown Kansas City area and the bulk of his tenure managing the Overland Park office. He is a life-long resident of the Kansas City area. He attended the University of Kansas where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. Over his recruiting years, he has been actively involved and held positions with the Institute of Management Accountants and the Overland Park Chamber of Commerce. Scott is widely respected in the industry for his tenure and leadership in managing one of the top temporary services in Kansas City.

Bio: Lauren has 3 years experience in the staffing industry specializing in the Accounting, Bookkeeping and Office Administration fields. She fills positions for her clients' at all levels in those specialties from CFO's to Accounting Clerks and Executive Assistants to Receptionists. Lauren has had wonderful success fulfilling Kansas City company's employment needs for Synergy since 2007. After graduating from the University of Kansas in 2003, Lauren went to work for Promotional Management Group in Kansas City as a Sales Representative. From there, she found herself at Berry Plastics as an outside sales rep. During her tenure, she successfully built business relationships with numerous Kansas City employers.  She brings a wealth of knowledge of how to take care of customers, along with knowing their employment needs. 

Anna Davis

Bio: Anna attended Anderson University in South Carolina, where she worked in the Admissions's Office as a Student Recruiter. After graduating, she relocated to West Palm Beach, Florida to work at Professional Enhancement Services as the Office Manager and Event Planner. From there, Anna returned to her hometown of Kansas City and joined Synergy, where she enjoys interacting with clients and maintaining the database.
